What is Help to Buy?
Help to Buy is a government-initiated programme which aims to help prospective homeowners, whether they are first time buyers or existing homeowners, buy a home.
Available exclusively on new homes in the South West, the Help to Buy: Equity Loan allows you to receive up to 20% of the cost of a new-build home, meaning you only need a 5% cash deposit and 75% mortgage To help you get settled into your new home, you won’t be charged any loan fees for the first five years either.

Am I eligible?
- First time buyer OR current homeowner looking to move
- Desired home must be newly built with a price of up to £600,000
- You will not be able to sublet this home or enter a part exchange deal on your old home
- You must not own any other property at the time of buying your new home
